Happy with the Kepler VertiCool 14 SEER 2 Ton AC overall. It cools our townhouse evenly, even during warmer afternoons. Took a little longer than expected to get the installation appointment, but the actual work was done properly.

We chose the Kepler VertiCool air conditioner mainly because of the price and energy rating. After a few weeks of use, the cooling performance has been solid. Not a luxury unit, but definitely good value for the money.

Fast service and fair pricing. Installation crew showed up on time and completed the setup without any issues. The system cools the main floor much faster than our previous AC.
